All points are instructive of what to avoid/what to protect in creating/building a proper society.
What’s missing? Here’s a few suggestions:
proper spiritual leadership to guide society
lack of qualified kings to protect society
lack of proper spiritual understanding, and spiritual purpose of life
lack of proper engagement for men
misunderstanding of the value of, and proper role of, women
not protecting the innocent - unborn and born children, women, and animals
institutions headed by unqualified, ill-motivated people
while we’re at it, formal institutions of any kind
money of any kind (since money creates misplaced values, and has been the downfall of every Western culture)
improper organization of society
not killing the demonic elements who destroy society
allowing focus on rajas and tamas to overwhelm and destroy sattva

Old people also need to be protected.
I would say that another thing missing is a valance between the masculine and feminine energies, both within ourselves as well as society. There a lot to be said about "the proper role of men and women". It will depend on who's perspective you're looking at I suppose.
